Types of concrete cutting services

We provide most styles of concrete cutting. This includes  Flat, Wall, and Hand sawing techniques. We also provide specialty concrete work including concrete breaking and removal, scanning, x-ray imaging, placing and finishing of all concrete, carbon fiber concrete reinforcement, specialized water proofing systems, and deck coatings.

FlAT SAWING

With our flat saws, we can cut anywhere from 0-26 inches deep through both asphalt and concrete. Our saws cut with horsepower at an output of 44 to 90 hp. with a max speed of 15000 rpm.

Flat sawing (also called slab sawing) is used to create openings and trenches in order to complete such tasks as creating control joints or laying underground wires and pipes.

WAll sawing

Mostly used for: creating wall and doorway openings, tunnel and dam work, bridge modifications and industrial silo openings. Additional applications for wall cutting are for ventilation purposes, like creating new windows and HVAC openings.

Good for cutting on vertical or horizontal surfaces. Can be used in both concrete and masonry structures, and can penetrate surfaces up to 37 inches thick. Can also be used on an incline surface where flat saws cannot safely be used.

hand sawing

A hand held saw with a diamond blade is the most versatile, economical, and efficient concrete cutting solution, for projects where both time and space are limited.

Modern technology has improved handheld saws, making them more portable and powerful, cutting through tough materials—like reinforced concrete slabs—in confined spaces with ease.

concrete scanning and x-ray imaging

Concrete scanning also known as “GPR Scanning”, along with x-ray imaging, are both services that pinpoint hidden objects in cured concrete.

We can detect metallic and nonmetallic objects in real time with GPR—so you can drill, cut or core with less risk of costly damage to wiring, pipework or structural reinforcement.

concrete coring

Mostly used for concrete core samples, however, can be used for when you need to make a hole in walls, floor slabs, for electrical, cabling, plumbing, or HVAC.

The diamond tip bit can penetrate various surface types. It can cut cement, wood, rocks, and ice.

concrete demo/removal

From structural demolition to concrete breaking and removal, our heavy equipment and tools have the power to drill, break and remove all concrete debris.
